The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order to ActivIdentity, 15370 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618. This acquisition is for the following:
20,000 units of ActivID ActivClient per user license- Advanced; and
20,000 units of ActivID ActiClient per user Advanced Premium support and Maintenance- 12 months.

ActivIdentity is the manufacturer of ActivID ActivClient and the only source to provide the requested items at a significantly discounted price than resellers of the manufacturers’ GSA pricing. This is a "Sole Source" requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Option Competition, a DEA "Justification for Use of Noncompetitive Procedures" is attached for reference

 All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than July 7, 2014 at 11:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be made available. The closing date is for this notice is 07/07/2014.
