The Census Bureau intends to negotiate on a Full and Open basis for ACTIVCLIENT ADVANCED and VALIDATION AUTHORITY PREMIER Maintenance Services.

The requirement will be awarded by Purchase Order on a Firm Fixed Price basis and at the lowest price technically accepted. The period of performance will be from December 19, 2013 through one year. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interested sources must submit a quote/proposal with pricing and information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Census Bureau's needs. Written response should be received within 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
