The USAG Bavaria Hohenfels Military Community ACS has established a FAP program. This is an Army-wide program for prevention of domestic violence, because the military lifestyle places special pressures on Soldiers and Family Members who must continually adjust to new locations and extended Soldier absences. The Contractor shall provide an extensive array of classes. The Contractor shall be responsible for classes on FAP related topics to Soldiers, Department of Army (DA) civilians, and their families. The Contractor shall also handle some routine FAP administrative actions such as program reporting and publicity for functions. The Contractor shall provide his/her own transportation and all necessary equipment to fulfill this contract except as stated herein.
