The Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-19-R-0260 for a new five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This requirement is for the purchase of components for PM Air Warrior in support of the Air Soldier System. The action is a sole source requirement for the needs to procure 10,000 ACR PLB-300 Battery Replacement Kits (ACR part Number 1100). Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)" Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This proposed contract action for hardware which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: ACR Electronics, INC 5757 Ravenswood Road Ft Lauderdale, FL 33312-6645 CAGE Code: 15860.
