US Naval Hospital Guam has a requirement to purchase two (2) brand-new Haemonetics Model ACP-215 Cell Washer System. –FFP- part number 02215-110-E. To include Printer; Shaker, Operator and Service Manual and Warranty. Authorized dealers, manufacturers or distributors only. Freight –FFP- preservation and packaging shall afford adequate protection against corrosion, deterioration and damage during shipment from the supply source to its Final Destination – Defense Distribution Depot, San Joaquin Tracy Facility, Bldg 30 CCP Chrisman Rd, Tracy, CA 95376. All items shall be packaged, consolidated, crated/palletized as a single order for overseas delivery. Order shall be shipped complete – no partial shipments. Contractor will file freight claims should either a visible or concealed damage occur. Receiving activity is responsible for inspection at time of acceptance. Contractors must be registered in the CCR. Provide DUNS number; Cage Code and Tax ID Number along with solicitation. Lack of registration in CCR will render the contractor ineligible for award.
