Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Augusta Technical College (ATC) to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide Accuvein AV500 Vein Illuminators or an approved equal to their Medical Assisting Program (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Augusta Technical College is seeking to purchase seven vein illuminators, powered wheeled stands and online training materials for student instruction within their Medical Assisting Program. The Program is interested in purchasing the Accuvein AV500 Vein Viewing System but will consider any brand that is considered an approved equal. The proposed units must meet or exceed the specifications and requirements listed within the Bid Specifications Sheet in order to be considered equal and eligible for a bid award. The units must be delivered to the College by January 6, 2020.
