Edwards AFB contracting is currently looking for Hoses to connect an Aircraft Cooling Unit (ACCU) to the Aircraft. Please see attached Statement of Requirements for exact specififcations. 

A DEMO WILL BE REQUIRED for this opprotunity. If selected certain quantities of each required part will need to be brought to perfomance loactaion and demonstarted for form, fit, and function OR if a site visit is not possible any potential contrator can submit their demonstration of the product via video with their quote.

Evaluation: The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-2(a) -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014).

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factor(s) will be used to determine best value:

•ii. Technical capability of the offer to meet the Government requirement

Only the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror will be awarded. “Technical acceptability” is based on offers which meet all the Capabilities and Features of the Government’s requirements as described in the Statement of Requirements.
