The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt intends to issue a solicitation on behalf of the US Embassy Helsinki, Finland, for the purchase of mandatory accident insurance for the Locally Employed Staff (LES).

The period of performance will be 1 base year plus four possible option years.  Separate funded orders will be issued each year.

Interested and qualified parties (shall possess licenses required to provide insurance services in Finland) are requested to contact RPSO at the listed e-mail address no later than May 9, 2014.  Requests shall include the full company name and address, the name and e-mail address of the designated point of contact and a copy of the business license for Finland.

The solicitation and all other documents will be issued by e-mail only.
