The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one time, fixed price, sole source contract with AccessData Group, LLC, 384 South 400 West Suite 200, Lindon, UT 84042, under Request for Quote (RFQ) E012934.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).

AccessData Group, LLC is to provide MacForensics training on a Forensics Tool Kit (FTK) 3.0 for MacIntosh on July 19-21 in Philadelphia, PA.

Based on market research utilizing information obtained from industry sources, it has been determined that the FBI's requirement can only be provided AccessData Group, LLC. AccessData Group, LLC, MacForensics training is the only training capable of meeting the following requirements:

1) 3-Day hands on course providing trainees with the knowledge of how to use the FTK 3.0 for MacIntosh.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to this office by 10:00 am, (EST), Wednesday, April 20, 2011, by email only, to Mr. Jacob Gessel, Contracts Specialist, at [email protected] . Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered.
