The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to solicit applications to establish subawards for the provision of Access and Visitation (AV) service in Virginia. Eligible applicants are government agencies and/or not-for-profit organizations to facilitate access and visitation of children by their noncustodial parent (NCPs). The categories to be funded through this grant are: Parent Education, Non-Court-Referred Meditation Services, and Supervised Visitation.
