Solicitation N00421-15-T-0564 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with PCB PIEZOTRONICS INC., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). PCB is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source that can provide the products. They do not have any reseller or distributors. PCB sells their products direct from the factory.

ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
