Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements, the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to PCB Piezotronics Inc., Depew, NY, 90074-2018, a large business. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time, August 09, 2016.
