DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 91 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 23 EA which is applicable only to the base year. FOB Destination Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is used in support of the Galaxy C-5 Aircraft and the TF39-GE-1(C-5A) Aircraft Engine. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
