Objective:

The Approval and Certification Center (A&CC) located at 765 Technology Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 needs an Elevator Services Contractor that can provide the necessary management, supervision, personnel, and equipment required to provide elevator inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, and repair services on 2 elevator systems (Buildings 1 and 2) located on the campus. 

The objective of this requirement is to provide monthly inspections and maintenance service to eliminate or minimize elevator malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration. Contract maintenance of the elevators must assure continuous, safe, and satisfactory operation of all elevators, their parts, and components in a safe operating condition.

Elevators are located in the following areas:

• Building I - One, three-floor Canton hydraulic passenger elevator.
  • Installed: 1983; Serial No. 1760; Capacity: 10,000 lbs.
• Building II - One two-floor Schindler Expression Series 300A,
  • Installed: 1996; Serial No. 43909; Capacity:  2000 1bs.

Scope:
