The Department of Energy (DOE), Golden Field Office (GFO), Golden, CO  80401, is seeking information and sources for a potential academic affiliation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310.  GFO is seeking a contractor with appropriate regional/national accreditation to provide instruction in the following areas:

Business; Accounting; Management (especially Operations, Project, or Program Management), Quantitative Analysis, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Environmental Studies.

The university affiliation services would include educational support services such as enrollment, registration, academic record maintenance, and upon course completion, an official transcript issued by the College / University.

Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.  DOE prefers an agreement that limits costs to those actually incurred for performance, excluding tuition costs and / or any fees a university routinely charges an individual when enrolling i.e., library, parking, graduation fees, etc.  Information on the feasibility of such an arrangement is also being sought.

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary - the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
