US Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI will be issuing a sole source Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), Sterling Heights, MI (CAGE CODE 7W356) to acquire the design, development and integration of multiple engineering changes into the Abrams M1A2 SEPv3 tank to accomplish the ECP 1b Program. Subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor, GDLS, subsequent to award. This synopsis is for subcontracting purposes only. No drawings are available.
