DLA Energy, Aerospace Energy intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) on a full and open competitive basis for the procurement of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO), NSN: 6830-01-644-2463 Type II of specifications MIL-PRF-27210J, dated 7 Aug 2013 to support Curacao Netherlands, Antilles. The requirement includes associated services such as Expedited/ Emergency Delivery, Detention Fee, Fill Line Restriction Office, and Tank Hot fills. Contractor shall provide all production, raw materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the manufacture and delivery. The Period of Performance will be four (4) years and four (4) months 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2024. The quantity for each year is 41,000 UG (gallons).

The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures. The RFP will be issued under this notice on or about 17 January 2019, and will be posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http://fbo.gov).
