The Government intends to procure the ABI/INFORM Research Image Package for the AFIT D'Azzo Library. NAICS: 519130, FSC: 7630, SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed source is ProQuest, LLC. The proposed action is to acquire access to ABI/Inform Research Image Package for the base year (June 2010 - May 2011) along with the inclusion of three option years (June 2011 - May 2012, June 2012 - May 2013, June 2013 - May 2014). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Air Force. The Government will consider any quotations received within 10 days of issuance notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement, and the Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
