The 87th Contracting Squadron, McGuire AFB, NJ 08641 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Operations Limited, Avionics Systems for the inspection and calibration of two (2) Advanced Boresight Equipment. BAE Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (EOM), and currently the only company with the proper equipment and methods necessary to calibrate the ABE Model 310. This Notice does NOT constitute a solicitation document. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3825, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515, and the related Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The FAR authority for award of other-than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD).
