PROJECT: Abbington Gilbert - Assisted Living SCOPE OF WORK: The project is new construction of a 80,256 GSF, 2-story, 86 unit senior living facility with landscape amenities and site improvements. The project is scheduled to start in November 2021. The plans are in for the 4th and final permit review cycle with the City. Construction includes: Concrete footings and foundations Structural systems of structural concrete floor, wood framed bearing walls, prefabricated wood floor and roof trusses, and wood shear walls. Exterior systems of cultured stone veneer, masonry, fiber cement siding, concrete tile roofing, gutters, spray foam roofing, glazed aluminum storefront and entrances, composite doors and windows. Interior systems of acoustical gypsum concrete, architectural wood work, acoustical framed gypsum board partitions and floor assemblies, gypsum board separation walls and shaft wall assemblies, interior finishes and specialties. New fire protection, mechanical, and electrical, and communications systems. Site and landscape amenities and site improvements.
