Sealed bids being accepted for the purchase and installation of a 2’-7” x 6’-9”, double faced, 120 volt electronic message board including the removal of an existing manual, changeable sign measuring 3’-4” x 8’-0”. Bidder must be legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law. Awarding will be contingent upon County Council approval. Abbeville County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
