The Contra Costa County Public Works Department (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide services to remove and dispose of abandoned vessels. The derelict vessel area covers the waterways of Contra Costa County that ranges from San Francisco Bay and Richmond East to Discovery Bay and South to Rivers End. The County waterways include area of intensive boating activity in Bethel Island and Discovery Bay.
