This invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the extraction of abandoned vehicles located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH).
The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office - Marine Corps Base Hawaii is seeking a No-Cost Agreement for Towing and Extraction of Abandoned Vehicles.
Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at NO COST to the Government. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, by a potential offeror or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited.
This Invitation For Bids/Sources Sought is to locate experienced service providers capable of and interested in performing a non-personal services that provides towing and extracting abandoned vehicles for the Marine Corps Provost Marshall's Office. Responses are welcomed from all interested parties capable of towing and/or impounding of privately owned vehicles that are abandoned. The Government is requesting that interested parties that can fully support this requirement furnish the following information:
Capability statement should include your firm's general background, experience, required business towing Hawaii license and qualifications. Request capability statement not exceed five pages in length. We are also looking for input from industry relative to how this type of service is performed in the private sector in order to maximize the incorporation of commercial standards and practices where practicable. Responses are due no later 10:00 am HST, on 6 July 2021.

Eligible candidates who submit for bid will be selected at randomly through a raffle hat drawing.
