National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source award to the Physical Science Laboratory (PSL) at New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, New Mexico, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services required are available from one responsible source and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contractor will perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance for three of NGA's A35M Geodetic Astrolabes. The period of performance will be one year with the possibility of one option year.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation by 15 July 2010 by 2:00pm, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
