NOTICE TO BIDDERS Electronic or sealed bids will be received by the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, Purchasing Division, City Hall Building, Room 826, 222 Saint Louis Street, 8th Floor, Baton Rouge, La. until 11:00 A.M. November 13 2024, for the following: A24-0870 ELECTRICAL REPAIR & MAINTENANCE A mandatory pre-bid conference and a mandatory job site shall begin on November 6, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., at the City Hall, 222 St. Louis Street, 8th Floor Purchasing Department – Room 806, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Another mandatory job site shall be held immediately afterward on November 6, 2024 at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, 9430 Jackie Cochran Drive – Main Terminal, Baton Rouge, LA 70807. Vendors are responsible for their own transportation from City Hall to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
