A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for September 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The mandatory site visit will be coordinated by a City Parish representative. Bidders must inspect all locations prior to bidding and must bid all locations. Bidders to meet on September 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at DPW Building Maintenance Parish Prison, 2859 Lt. Gen.
