This Presolicitation notice is prepared IAW FAR 5.204 and 5.207.

(a) Description. Acquisition Strategy Panel: A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) & Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority Advisory (ESS) & Assistances Services (ICE A&AS) requires  the full range of business systems application support services in support of daily operation activities for AF A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations (ISR&CEO), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority. Provide all personnel to perform Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analysis, and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services. The draft Performance Work Statement is attached.
