Description: - Please provide your capabilities statement for the following work:
We are seeking the technical services for development and optimization of a XTT-based viability assay to evaluate the neutralizing activity of serum samples on the cytotoxicity of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Additionally, we are seeking the technical services for development and optimization of a flow cytometry based assay format, originally developed by Bashaw et al, Clinical Vaccine Immunology, 2007.
