28 FEBRUARY 2013- The purpose of this notice is to revise the wording of question #27 of the Market Research posted on 27 February 2013. Please see the revised document titled CPC_MARKET_RESEARCH_28FEB2013. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

27 FEBRUARY 2013- The purpose of this notice is to correct an inadvertent error within the Market Research questions. The original document, dated 26 February 2013, did not include question #1, which resulted in an error in the question references. Please see the revised document, CPC_MARKET_RESEARCH_27FEB2013, and utilize the revised document for responses. All other instructions and terms in the 26 February 2013 posting remain unchanged.

26 FEBRUARY 2013- The purpose of this notice is to provide Industry with Market Research questions for the Command Post Client Solicitation (see attached document quote mark CPC_MARKET_RESEARCH_26FEB2013 quote mark ). Responses are due no later than close of business 13 March 2013. All submissions must be sent to Ms. Mia Nance and Ms. Kiersten Leonard (please see attachment for instructions). The Market Research is for planning purposes and is not to be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought/Request for Information or any follow up information request.

Also attached is the Draft PWS for Command Post Client. Please note, this draft document is titled quote mark Performance Work Statement for Mission Command Workstation quote mark . There have been no updates to the PWS since 29 August 2012 (document filename quote mark MCW_DraftPWS_29Aug2012_DRAFT quote mark ). The title addressed in the Draft PWS still reads quote mark Performance Work Statement for Mission Command Workstation quote mark although the name has been revised to quote mark Command Post Client quote mark . The Government is re-posting the PWS, as Industry should follow solicitation number quote mark W15P7T-13-R-CPC1 quote mark instead of solicitation number quote mark W15P7T-13-R-MCWS quote mark or quote mark W15P7T-13-R-0013 quote mark .

The Government is currently defining the requirements of Command Post Client Contract. The anticipated release of the Request for Proposal has been revised to the fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2013. The anticipated award date has been revised to the third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2014.

This is a continuation of the previous notices under W15P7T-13-R-MCWS (Mission Command Workstation) and W15P7T-13-R-0013 (Command Post Client). Due to issues with posting attachments under the W15P7T-13-R-0013 Solicitation #, all future notices will be posted under Solicitation #W15P7T-13-R-CPC1. As stated in the previous under the W15P7T-13-R-0013 posting, the name has changed from Mission Command Workstation (MCW) to Command Post Client (CPC). Along with the name change, the pre-solicitation number is changed from W15P7T-13-R-0013 to W15P7T-13-R-CPC1.
