The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Time & Materials type contract with SSS Research for the development of visual representations for structured arguments. The performance of this contract will extend for a year. Specific items to be performed include: (1) Delevoping visual design constructs for a single hypothesis, for a competing hypothesis, for an opposing hypothesis, and for a family of hypothesis, (2) Creating a software system and workspace that embodies representations and can be used for demos, and (3) Exercising the software prototype on one or more NGA examples for structured intelligence analysis.
