"This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to conduct sole source negotiations with Luna Innovations, Inc., 2851 Commerce Street, Blacksburg, VA 24060 to provide validation of resazuring fluorescent assays previously developed by Luna Innovations, Inc. The NAICS Code is 541710 with a size standard of 500 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed priced contract. FOB destination shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. The quotation number is N00178-05-Q-3037 and is a Request for Quotation. The closing date will be 2:00 EST on 9 May 2005 with an anticipated award date of 13 May 2005.. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. All interested parties shall indicate their interest and capability with their quote. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at [email protected], but the quote and capability statements may be faxed to the attention of XDS13-5 at (540) 653-6810, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
