The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta GA contemplates negotiation of sole source procurement with the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, 3451 Walnut St, Philadelphia PA. The University of Pennsylvania has specialized knowledge in mental health disorders and the Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) Department will assist reap investigators with training project therapist in prolonged exposure and will help construct the PE web design, PE training and role play scripts and fidelity assessment checks. The performance period will be September 27, 2010 through September 26, 2011 with three one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611310 with a standard size of $7.0 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 days after publication of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
