The program will consist of three phases: Phase 1 will fund critical ladar performance trades, laser system modeling and a preliminary design review (PDR); Phase 2 will cover a critical design review (CDR) and half-power fabrication; and Phase 3 will cover full-power fabrication, testing, amplifier weight and volume projections, and delivery to a Government facility of a laboratory breadboard amplifier that meets all technical performance and packaging requirements
