Offerors are hereby invited to submit a price and technical proposal for the enclosed contractor support to the NATO, Consultation, Command and Control Agency (NC3A) in support of the above requirement. Proposals will be received until 4 o’clock p.m. EST Tuesday, 9 May , 2006. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered. Please see the attached enclosures, which outline the Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation submission instructions, and the Statement of Work, which includes the scoring criteria. HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
