The contractor shall be tasked to develop an advanced linear accelerator (LINAC) and electron storage ring (ESR) facility to address Department of Defense radiation effects test requirements and support other government, academic, and industrial organization?s research needs. The work shall be completed in accordance with (IAW) a performance based work statement and the contractor?s technical proposal.
