The purpose of this requirement is for the selection of a physical fitness facility program for the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Edison, New Jersey Emergency Response Team (ERT). This procurement would support the ERT's Health Maintenance Policy. The facility should be located no more than 5 miles from the EPA office at 2890 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, New Jersey. Facility would be used from June 8, 2011 through June 7, 2012.Minimum requirements for exercise equipment is treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, up-right bikes, and stair steppers. Will need full access to the weight-room(s) having ample pin selector, cables, plate loaded, and dumbbell free weights; circuit training or resistance machines. Will need a adequate number of the aforementioned to enable minimal wait time during peak hours. Other requirements are full access to swimming pool(s) as some staff members are Dive Unit participants. Full access to locker room for clothing changes and post workout hygiene. Facilities should be clean and well maintained.
