PBGC is seeking to hire a contractor to provide the services of a Focus Group Provider to facilitate, analyze, recruit for, obtain and rent facility suited for focus groups. PBGC is seeking proposals for conducting a series of focus groups of customers to identify customer service and communication expectations with respect to their transactional experience on PBGC.gov, which will help identify service and communications requirements for the future.
