Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to inform that the Government intends to sole source the purchase of Thin Prep PAP Smear Kit, from Hologic, Inc. 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by July 21, 2014 10:00AM Caribbean/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
