The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to issue a modification to Contract N68936-07-C-0012 with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp (GTARC), Atlanta, GA on an other than full and open competitive basis. The contract was awarded on March 6, 2007 from NAWCWCD Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for technologies to support Test and Evaluation of Netcentric Operations and Warfare weapons systems. The contract is for the development of modules that integrate with different aspects of network centric test and evaluation (T&E). NAWCWD intend to modify the contract to include a fourth module for Dynamic Utility for Collaborative Architecture-centric T&E solution architecture toolkit. The toolkit must work with the other modules being developed by GTARC. Completion required by May 2010. All responsible sources may submit a capability proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
