The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Indus Corporation, for the one year continuation of Delivery Order No. N01-ES-25479 for additional effort to complete the project entitled National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) National Toxicology Program (NTP) Web Application Database, which involves tasks to provide a web query application to the general public to allow a much broader access to toxicology studies performed in support of the NTP. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays make competition unfeasible for completion of the project.
