Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), U.S. Army Communications Command (CECOM), Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, is seeking sources to submit technical descriptions and proposals for potential technologies and el ectronic equipment that can detect, demodulate, and direction find (DF) modern TOS signals. Vehicular mounting and manpack/portable use should be addressed. Requirements are demodulation, direction-finding, and exploitation of several TOS formats. Consideration must be given to RF signal acquisition, processing, co-channel interference and multipath effects mitigation, processing, and analysis of data.
