The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego), intends to award a sole source, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity purchase order to TUV America of San Diego, Ca. No request for quotation will be issued. The items being tested have strict handling requirements thereby making TUV America the only local company capable of performing an array of the electromagnetic tests according to government specifications. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
