The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Textron Marine and Land Systems, 1010 Gause Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458 for engineering support services to convert Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) and the Joint Maritime Assault Connector (JMAC) 1/12 scale model skirt geometric design data, delivered under a previous Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) contract, into engineering drawings suitable for building a full scale prototype.
