The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) A-Kits under a Firm Fixed Priced contract with the Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, on a sole source basis. This procurement will procure ECP-6444, ECP-6472, and ECP-6482 A-Kits in order to attach, integrate, and utilize the capabilities of the Next Generation Jammer -Mid Band Pod AN/ALQ-249(V)1 with the EA-18G platform for fleet use. 

The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort, and is uniquely positioned to meet and fulfill NAVAIR's requirements within the time required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
