Reference Numbered Notes 22 and 26 The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Signal Innovations Group Inc., 4309 Emperor Blvd., STE 350, Durham, NC 27703. The primary goal of this effort is to provide the Government wi th software integrated into the standard automatic target recognition assessment framework (SAAF) that allows continued Government assessment of the relevance vector machine (RVM) with concept drift methodology. The contractor shall take current Government application program interfaces for training and test of the SAAF and integrate current RVM with concept drift software in both Matlab and C or C++. The contractor shall train and test on Government provided data and establish, jointly with the Government , two training and test benchmark data sets. The contractor shall deliver the software to the Government, as soon as possible during the period of performance, for verification of the implementation and to allow the Government to exercise the training and test on other data. The contractor shall generate performance metrics on the benchmark data, jointly agreed upon with the Government. The contractor shall provide to the Government updates of the software when and/or if errors are found throughout the peri od of performance.
