The US Army Topographic Engineering Center Imagery Office (TIO) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a period of six (6) months for an archive management system, distribution services, and imagery services. The contractor shall provide m eans to deliver and ingest approximately 16,000 scenes of data from various commercial satellites into a database accessible by users from multiple locations. The Contractor shall provide a product to automatically process said database, including scene e xtraction, scene subsetting/clipping, combination of adjacent scenes into one file, reprojection, reformatting, and tiling of output. Users will access the database with logins/passwords to search the database, print statistics, and customize orders for d elivery. The Contractor shall host the database, complete with backup, at the Contractors facility. The Contractor shall provide imagery services such as geocoding, orthorectification, mosaicking, color balancing, on-site training, and technical support .
