The Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Topographic Engineering Center (TEC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to acquire contractor support services for an imagery library comprising of imagery, imagery services, hosting, and dissemination. The resulting contract will consist of six months for the base year and four one-year options. The contractor is required to have a thorough knowledge and substantial experience in Geographic Information Services (GIS) environment and the following mentioned areas in order to deliver and ingest approximately 15,000 satellite imagery scenes into a li brary accessible by users from multiple locations. The contractor shall provide the means to automatically process said library, including scene extraction, scene subsetting/clipping, and combination of adjacent scenes into one file, reprojection, reforma tting, and tiling of output. Users will access the library to search, print statistics, and place custom orders for delivery by the contractor. The contractor shall host the library, complete with backup, at the contractor's facility. The contractor sha ll provide imagery services such as geocoding, orthorectification, mosaicking, color balancing, on-site training, and technical support. In addition, the contractor shall incorporate the US Army Corps of Engineers Enhanced Digital Orthophoto Quarter Quad rangles (eDOQQ) products, including metadata and on-going updates, as part of the library.
