Proposals will be received until 4 o’clock p.m. (Norfolk, Va Local time) Friday, August 04, 2006. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered. Please see the attached enclosures, which outline the IFIB documentation submission instructions and the Statement of Work. HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this IFIB, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
