The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is requiring research in grain refinement of tungsten. Due to Dynamic Systems unique capability in imparting controlled cold work to metal specimens with their patented machinery, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Dynamic Systems Inc., Poeskenkill, New York. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
