NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal(RFP) from ITT to fabricate, assemble, integrate, test, flight qualify and deliver theNear Infrared Spectrograph (NIRSpec) Spare Focal Plane Array (FPA) for the James WebbSpace Telescope (JWST). The Contractor shall provide the personnel, facilities, andmaterials necessary to manage, fabricate, analyze, assemble, test and deliver the spaceflight qualified NIRSpec Flight Spare FPA in accordance with this SOW and specificationsprovided herein. The two Sensor Chip Assemblies (SCAs) needed to populate the focal planeshall be supplied by the Government.
